To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 - 5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges
