Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please ensure all details are correct. Contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Tracking Information: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Confirmation: You will also receive a delivery confirmation email once your package has been delivered.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Address Accuracy: Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

International Shipping Policy

La Casita 303 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

La Casita 303 is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
